INFORMATION

Our gymnastics season is from September-June. Once enrolled, you are automatically enrolled for the season. There is no need to re-enroll for any sessions as we run on a month to month basis! Tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of every month via Sports Engine. A credit card MUST be put on file at enrollment. Tuition for all Pre-School classes is $70 per month, $85 per month for all 5+ classes & $112 per month for Advanced classes. There is a $25 registration fee per athlete that is charged once per season. You may enroll at any time during our season during the months of September-April. If you have more than 1 child in classes, you will receive a 10% off multi-child discount. You may un-enroll at any time, however a 30 days written notice prior to the 1st of the next month must be provided otherwise your account is charged. Tuition payments made after the 7th of the month incur a $10 late fee. If payment is not received by the 14th of the month your child will be unenrolled from their class and

In June your child will participate in an “End Of The Year Show”. Family & Friends are welcome to come watch as they showcase their skills and receive their year end trophy!


Enrollment, Tuition & Makeup Policy

Enrollment at Marvel & Grace Gymnastics is ongoing which means you are automatically enrolled for the gymnastics season from September through June. A credit card must be on file and payments are automatically drafted on the first of every month. Monthly tuition is not based on a number of classes, but on a period of time. In any given month there may be 3, 4 or 5 classes held depending on holidays, weather events, or gym closings. There are no refunds for missed or dropped classes. Monthly tuition holds your child’s spot in class, regardless of attendance. Monthly tuition will remain consistent regardless of the actual number of class days per month. Classes are not prorated, credited or refunded for absences including illness, vacation, holidays, snow days etc... Depending on class availability, your child will be eligible for one makeup class per month that must be scheduled ahead of time with our front desk. If you schedule a makeup and can not attend, we require 48 hours notice to change your makeup day and time. If you do not give 48 hours notice or do not attend your scheduled makeup, you will not be given a new date that month. This date will count as your makeup regardless of attendance. 

Canceling Enrollment:

To cancel enrollment, a 30 day written notice must be given in advance from the next tuition date. If notice is not given, your account will be automatically charged for the next month. To Cancel, please email us at marvelandgrace@gmail.com or see our front desk.

What Should My Child Wear To Class? What To Bring?

Your child may wear anything that is easy to move in. Leggings/Shorts and a T-Shirt, or a leotard is perfect. No shoes or socks will be worn during class. Your child should bring a water bottle with them to their class.
